CRAFTSMANSHIP

Each KARLOTTA bag is upcycled and carefully handcrafted in our Tallinn studio from materials that would otherwise go to waste. Every piece is thoughtfully hand-cut, stitched, and finished with attention to detail—making each handbag truly one of a kind.

By working with leftover leather from the furniture industry, we embrace the natural variations in texture and tone. TThe natural variations reflect the leather’s history, while our craftsmanship gives it a second life—thoughtfully transformed into an accessory with purpose and care.

With a simple design philosophy, Karlotta bags use minimal materials and components that are easy to separate and recycle—proving that sustainability and timeless style can beautifully coexist.

SUSTAINABILITY

KARLOTTA journey toward sustainability begins with the materials we choose.

Karlotta handbags are crafted from high-quality leather remnants sourced from a local Estonian furniture manufacturer known for producing quality soft furniture.

By upcycling leftover materials from the furniture industry, we reduce waste and create something beautiful and lasting. It’s a shared mission rooted in great design, environmental responsibility, and circular economy principles.
