System to re-design old second-hand leather bags is to support sustainable thinking and circular economy, to upcycle materials that are valuable, and bring old products back to the supply chain. It’s adding greater value to an old bag by giving it a fresh look and a new function. The old bags a re-designed by the same pattern which can be adjusted to the size of the bag. The new design gives bags of new functions and a new identity. Every bag has a recognizable detail from an old bag to label the product as an upcycling design.
